How the Fund is managed

The Fund is run by a corporate trustee, Nationwide Pension Fund Trustee Limited (the “Trustee”). The Trustee is responsible for ensuring the Fund is administered in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules as well as ensuring assets are invested for the benefit of members and their beneficiaries. The Trustee Board is made up of eight Trustee Directors. Four are nominated by the Society (some of whom are independent professional trustees) and four are nominated by the Fund’s members.
