From 21 February 2022, Buck will be your point of contact for everything relating to your NPF pension benefits and to discuss your retirement options. They’re also responsible for holding and maintaining your pension records, calculating member benefits and paying pensions.

Your new Member Portal is also live and it’s your personalised one-stop-shop to manage your pension online, accessible anywhere and anytime through your PC, tablet or smartphone device. Access the Member Portal as you do now, click on the pink Member Portal button on the left hand side of every page.
